“The Holy Spirit” Logo, Web, Print Design

 

Currently my church is running a sermon series titled, “The Holy Spirit”, and I had the opportunity to create all of the screen and print media for it. The entire system included a screen presentation graphic, bulletin cover, web banner, flash banner, and CD label. When I first was given the project, I thought, “How am I supposed to make the Holy Spirit visual?!”.

So, I went for a subtle yet stunning approach. I wanted this design to exude the feeling of the Holy Spirit, but at the same time, I didn’t want it to replace or ruin anyone’s idea of what the Holy Spirit is to them. So, I stripped it of all color while still leaving it regal and inspiring.
